they won't ship my beanbag because they don't have any in stock and they are "currently making beanbags" whenever i call them. when i call the phone number and a man picks up and says "ello yogibo" and i don't know what to do. beanbags are very comfortable though :)
I love the product, but the service at this location left me frustrated. I bought a lounge set, and one piece wasn't available in any of the colours I wanted. The associate said it was another location and would be transferred over in a few days. Long story short, over the course of a month and a half, I was told by three associates, "There was a problem with the shipment, it'll be here on the next one at (insert date)." The last time I called, once again expecting them to have it, and the guy tells me they never know what comes in on their shipments. I then decide to just get in a different colour and went to pick it up today. The associate then tells me that the original colour I wanted CAME IN THE DAY THE LAST GUY SAID IT DIDN'T. Great product though.EDIT:After this review, the CEO of Yogibo Canada got in contact with me and did damage control. He explained the problems they were having with shipments and that they were just as confused and frustrated as I was. I get that. If an associate had told me that at the time and not just a simple statement of "there was a problem," (because it just sounded like a generic line) I would have understood. Still an awesome product, the staff could work on communication with customers, but they earned a higher rating.
Drive through 5pm rush hour traffic to find out the store at Metro town is not open. Not happy.
