The staff at Bell & Burnaby are very nice EXCEPT for JULIANA HO. Our family would like to thank Aaron & Norm for the arrangement. They are both very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend Bell & Burnaby to friends, but please remember NOT to deal with the Juliana Ho. She was supposed to be the one taking care of the funeral, however, she's irresponsible and didn't keep her promises once we signed the contract. She is very money minded and trying to sell the most expensive things possible. She claims that she has been in the industry for years but she's totally NOT professional. Contact Aaron or Norm instead for good service. I would give 4 stars if it's not such a pain to deal with Juliana.
