Absolute worst experience and customer service I have ever come across. Placed an order yesterday and was reassured that the order would be delivered today before 3:00 pm for sure, or else I would have gone somewhere else. Called in the morning and early afternoon to check the status on the delivery and was given the run around by the employees who answer the phone. When asked to speak to a manager about a refund I was told there is no manager on shift and that nobody can help me with my situation.This will be the first and last order I place at this business. It is now almost 5pm and they still cannot give me an update on my order nor do anything for me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
Ordered with them because they guaranteed same day delivery. It was not delivered on the day they promised, and they also ruined the surprise of flower delivery by calling the person RECEIVING the flowers and asking them if it was okay for them to deliver a day late.
Great quality for value! I always get super shocked when I see people doing their produce shopping at Safeway, because this gem is less than 2 minute walk away with prices that are half of Safeway's.I do all my vegetable and fruit shopping here. They have good quality produce at unbeatable prices. Once I got a box of strawberries for $1!! Then I went over to Safeway to buy eggs, and I noticed they had the same strawberries for $4.99. Solid selection of fresh produce.
